Eating healthy doesn't have to be complicated! Sometimes, it simply starts with choosing a piece of fruit, adding more vegetables to our meals, or drinking enough water throughout the day. But how much do we really know about healthy eating?
This November, Nguyen Trai English Club (NTEC) invites you to join our English Club Meeting, where we will explore the topic of healthy eating together. Through interesting activities and conversations, we can share our thoughts, learn more about everyday eating habits, and practise English in a comfortable atmosphere.
